Section 60.1
Disposition versions
60.1. Any day or part of a day of absence which is entirely compensated for out of accumulated sick leave is not credited to an officer unless his contributions are paid. This rule applies even in the cases provided for in sections 60, 67 and 112.2. Such days and parts of a day of absence are also credited to an officer who has at least 40 years of credited service, without his having to pay contributions.
60.1. Any day or part of a day of absence which is entirely compensated for out of accumulated sick leave is not credited to an officer unless his contributions are paid. This rule applies even in the cases provided for in sections 60, 67 and 112.2. Such days and parts of a day of absence are also credited to an officer who has at least 38 years of credited service, without his having to pay contributions.
