R-12.1 - Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel

141. An employee who has received a refund of his or her contributions may be credited with the years and parts of a year of service referred to in section 110 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10) upon remitting the refunded sums to Retraite Québec. The employer shall also remit the employer’s share to Retraite Québec.
If the employee has received the refund of his or her contributions and the contributory amounts of his or her employer, the employee shall remit such sums.
The sums remitted in order to be credited with such years and parts of a year bear interest from the date on which they were refunded, at the rate of 7.25%, compounded annually.
