59. Contributions are reimbursed without interest unless they are transferred to another pension plan under an agreement respecting this plan entered into under section 158 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10).

59. Where contributions are reimbursed, the contributions from which the teacher was exempt pursuant to section 18 are also reimbursed. The same applies to the sums paid by the teacher under the second paragraph of section 28.3 and, where that is the case, under section 28.4.

59. Where reimbursement of contributions is made, the contributions from which the teacher was exempt during a period in which he was receiving salary insurance are also reimbursed.
