57. Every employee who becomes a Member of the National Assembly before a pension or a deferred pension is granted to the employee shall be entitled to such pension for the years and parts of a year of service that have been credited to the employee under this plan if they have not been transferred to another pension plan, if the employee acquires the right to a retirement pension as a Member of the National Assembly and repays the contributions reimbursed to the employee, where such is the case.
Where the Member became a Member before 1 January 1992, the pension shall be payable from the time the employee begins to receive the retirement pension acquired as a Member of the National Assembly.

Every employee who becomes a Member of the National Assembly is entitled to a pension for the years and parts of years for which he was employed, if he acquires the right to a pension as a Member of the National Assembly and if he remits the contributions reimbursed to him, where such is the case.
The pension is payable from the time he begins to receive the pension acquired as a Member of the National Assembly.

57. An employee contributing on 30 June 1973 to a supplemental plan that fixes the normal or compulsory retirement age at over 65 years or that fixes the retirement age at over 65 years because of the age attained by the employee when he began to participate in the supplemental plan preserves the right to retire at 65 years with regard to this plan.
