188. The employer must, not later than 1 March each year, transmit to Retraite Québec a report showing the amount of contributions collected and containing such other information and documents as Retraite Québec may determine in respect of each retirement plan.

188. The employer must, not later than 1 March each year, transmit to the Commission a report showing the amount of contributions collected and containing such other information and documents as the Commission may determine in respect of each retirement plan.

188. An employer must remit to the Commission, not later than the fifteenth of each month, the amounts collected for the preceding month, together with the information and documents prescribed by the Commission.
