158.8. The contribution that employers and government bodies must pay under this Act and the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel (chapter R-12.1) shall include the portion of the administrative expenses of the plans that must be paid by the employer.

158.8. The employers and government bodies which, as employers, must pay contributions under the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Certain Teachers (chapter R-9.1), the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Peace Officers in Correctional Services (chapter R-9.2), this Act, the Act respecting the Teachers Pension Plan (chapter R-11), the Act respecting the Civil Service Superannuation Plan (chapter R-12) and the Act respecting the Pension Plan of Management Personnel (chapter R-12.1) must also pay, at the same time as they remit their employees’ contributions, an amount for the payment of the administrative expenses of the plans. That amount shall correspond to a percentage of the contributions that the Government determines by regulation, and may vary from year to year.

158.8.
