147.1. The Government may, by regulation, make provisions for the recovery of certain administrative expenses and certain other expenses incurred by the Commission in connection with an application in respect of the pension plans which it administers or the benefits under which are payable by the Commission, made for the purposes of family mediation or for the purposes of the partition or assignment between spouses of benefits accrued under a pension plan. The Government may also provide that such expenses, if not paid by the date specified in the regulation, bear interest computed in the manner prescribed by the regulation and at the rates established in Schedule VI.
The sums collected by the Commission pursuant to the first paragraph shall be paid into the consolidated revenue fund.
