146. Every document and copy of a document emanating from the Commission or forming part of its records may, notwithstanding the time limit provided for in subparagraph b of the first paragraph of section 2 of the Photographic Proof of Documents Act (chapter P-22), be destroyed at any time after its reproduction.

146. The arbitrator shall without delay hear the employee or beneficiary or his representative and the representative of the Commission and render his decision within thirty days of the hearing unless the delay is extended by mutual agreement of the parties.
