141. Where an employee or beneficiary is not satisfied with a decision rendered by the Commission on an application for a pension, as regards qualification for this plan, computation of years of service, the amount of the pension, in the statement provided for in section 35 or any benefit provided for by this plan, he may within one year after the date of the mailing of such decision, request the Commission to re-examine the decision.
The Commission shall then do so without delay.
