Section 28.1

28.1. Section 28 applies to a female employee of a school service centre or school board who is a member of the supervisory personnel if she was dismissed or forced to resign by reason of marriage or maternity pursuant to a by-law or written policy of the school service centre or school board where the employee holds an employment contemplated in this plan.
