98.1. (Repealed).

98.1. The applicant shall, within 15 days after filing his motion at the secretariat of the Tribunal, publish a notice in two consecutive issues of a daily newspaper circulated in the region contemplated by the contested decision.
Proof of the publication of such notice shall be furnished to the Tribunal.
98.1. The appellant shall, within fifteen days after his petition for appeal has been served, publish a notice in two consecutive issues of a daily newspaper circulated in the region contemplated by the decision appealed from.
Proof of the publication of such notice shall be furnished to the Commission municipale du Québec.
