Disposition versions
95. The Government may make regulations to:
(a) prohibit or limit abusive or useless noise inside or outside a building;
(b) determine the terms and conditions of use of any vehicle, engine, piece of machinery, instrument, or equipment generating noise;
(c) prescribe standards for noise intensity.
