73. (Repealed).

73. No one may build or alter an immoveable where dangerous substances defined as such by regulation of the Government are produced, stored or used unless the plans and specifications have received the approval of the Deputy Minister.
Sections 22 and 24 apply mutatis mutandis to such approval.
