67. (Repealed).

67. The Minister may, on the conditions and for the territory he determines, grant to a person or municipality a special permit whose term shall not exceed twenty-five years, for establishing or operating a site for the elimination, storage or treatment of certain classes of waste of a chemical or radioactive nature defined by regulation of the Government.
In such a case, sections 54 and 55 apply, adapted as required, and the tariffs are fixed in accordance with sections 64.2 to 64.11.

67. In such case, sections 54 and 55 apply mutatis mutandis and the rates shall be fixed by the Régie des services publics.
