108. Whoever contravenes section 66 commits an offence and is liable

(a)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine

(1)  of not less than $200 nor more than $5,000 for a first offence;

(2)  of not less than $400 nor more than $10,000 for a second or subsequent conviction;

(b)  in the case of a legal person, to a fine

(1)  of not less than $1,000 nor more than $30,000 for a first offence;

(2)  of not less than $4,000 nor more than $100,000 for a second or subsequent conviction.

(a)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine

(b)  in the case of a corporation, to a fine

(1)  of not less than $1 000 nor more than $30 000 for a first offence;

(2)  of not less than $4 000 nor more than $100 000 for a second or subsequent conviction.

(a)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine
