27. Where an offender has been found guilty of an offence under this Act or the regulations thereunder, the Minister may take any necessary measure to restore the conditions existing prior to the offence.
The Minister may claim the costs entailed by the measures taken from the offender in the same manner as any debt owing to the Government.
