25. An order issued to the owner of an immovable may be registered against the immovable.
The Minister may register a copy of the order at the Land Registry Office. The order may thenceforth be set up against any purchaser whose title is registered subsequently and that purchaser is required to assume the obligations imposed on the former owner pursuant to the order.
