111. Anyone who contravenes the first or third paragraph of section 48 or section 60 commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,500 to $250,000 in the case of a natural person and $7,500 to $1,500,000 in any other case.

111. Every person who contravenes any of the provisions of section 34, 45 or 50 is liable
(1)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine of not less than $2,000 nor more than $20,000 or, notwithstanding article 231 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1), to imprisonment for not more than six months or to both imprisonment and the fine, if the offence has constituted an unreasonable risk of harmful effects to the health of humans or other living species or of damage to the environment or to property;
(2)  in other cases, to a fine of not less than $4,000 nor more than $40,000.

(1)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine of not less than $2 000 nor more than $20 000 or to imprisonment for not more than 6 months or to both the fine and the imprisonment;
(2)  in other cases, to a fine of not less than $4 000 nor more than $40 000.
