49. A permit is valid for two years, except the reunion permit, which is valid for only the period determined by the Régie.
However, a permit, other than the reunion permit, issued to a person already holding a permit expires on the same date as the latter permit. The duties payable are adjusted by the Régie according to the time the permit is in use.
The “Man and his World” and “Olympic Grounds” permits are valid for the period determined by the Régie, which cannot exceed two years.
