19. (Repealed).

19. The minutes of sittings of the Régie are authentic if they are approved by the Régie and signed by the chairman or the secretary, or by any person designated by the Régie.
The chairman or the secretary or any other person designated by the Régie may, in addition, certify, by signing it, that a document is the original or a true copy of a document emanating from the Régie or forming part of its records.
