47. Any inspector or officer may prescribe that all or part of the products of a fish breeding plant or a fishing pond be isolated, quarantined or treated or, with the authorization of the Minister, destroyed within the time he indicates, if the products are unwholesome or affected by a contagious or parasitic disease determined by regulation.
The operator to whom such a prescription is notified without prior notice because, in the inspector’s opinion, urgent action is required or there is a danger of irreparable damage being caused, may, within the time specified, present observations to the inspector so that the prescription may be reviewed.
A justice of the peace may on the application of an inspector or officer prescribe that all or part of the products of a fish-breeding plant or a fishing pond be isolated, quarantined, treated or destroyed within the time and subject to the conditions indicated by him if the operator fails to comply with the standards applicable to his plant or his activities or with the conditions, restrictions or prohibitions affecting his licence or if he does not hold a licence authorizing him to engage in that production or breeding.

47. Any inspector or officer may order the isolation, quarantine or treating or, with the authorization of the Minister, the destruction, within the time he indicates, of all or part of the products of a fish-breeding plant,
(1)  if the products are affected by a contagious or parasitic disease;
(2)  if the operator does not comply with the standards applicable to his plant or his activities or with the conditions, restrictions or prohibitions affecting his licence or if he does not hold a licence authorizing him to engage in that production or breeding.
