9. (Repealed).

9. Every municipality contemplated in section 6 must, as regards its territory, prevent any operation undertaken contrary to section 6 and order, if necessary, the demolition of any building which is the object thereof. If the municipality fails to act, the Attorney General may exercise such recourses.
In addition, any operation undertaken contrary to the second paragraph of section 6 is void.
