6. (Repealed).

6. All construction, reconstruction, alteration, relocation of or addition to buildings, except for agricultural purposes on land under cultivation, is prohibited in the municipality of the parish of Saint-Gérard-des-Laurentides, the municipality of Saint-Jean-des-Piles and in the municipality of the parish of Saint-Mathieu (county of Saint-Maurice), for a period of two years from 12 May 1972.
The making of any division or subdivision plan of land, and the amendment or cancellation of the book of reference of a subdivision, are also prohibited in such municipalities during the same period.
The Government may at any time, however, withdraw any part of such municipalities from the prohibitions prescribed by this section. Such prohibitions shall then cease to apply from the date on which a notice is published by the Minister of Municipal Affairs in the Gazette officielle du Québec, containing a description of the territory so withdrawn from the prohibitions enacted by this section.
