10. (Repealed).

10. All construction, reconstruction, alteration, relocation of or addition to buildings, except for agricultural purposes on land under cultivation, is prohibited in the territory of that part of the counties of Saint-Maurice and Laviolette described in Schedule B of this act, except with the consent of the Minister of Municipal Affairs or of an officer designated by him for such purpose.
The making of any plan of division or subdivision of land, and the amendment or cancellation of the book of reference of a subdivision, are also prohibited in such territory except with the consent provided for in the first paragraph.
Nevertheless, if a part of such territory becomes subject to the authority of a local municipal council, sections 6 to 9 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to such part, from such time.
