P-45 - Act respecting the legal publicity of sole proprietorships, partnerships and legal persons

83. Any interested person may, upon payment of the fee set out in Schedule I to the Act respecting the legal publicity of enterprises (chapter P-44.1), petition the enterprise registrar to order a registrant to change the name used in carrying on activities, other than the name under which the registrant was constituted, or to cease using a name, where it is not in conformity with the law or with the regulations.
The first paragraph does not apply to a natural person who registers voluntarily and who, for that purpose, declares only his surname and given name.
