27. No person may, for the production, conditioning or preservation of animal semen or for its introduction into the genital canal of a female animal, use premises or equipment that do not meet the standards prescribed by regulation.
No person may use, for the production of semen, a donor animal that does not meet the standards prescribed by regulation.

27. Any person authorized by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to act as an inspector for the purposes of this division may, in the performance of his duties, enter any establishment or place where he has reason to believe that an infringement of this division or of the regulations has been committed and require of any holder of a permit any information respecting the application of this division and of the regulations. Such person may also seize semen taken, preserved, delivered or used contrary to this division or the regulations and retain custody thereof until a competent court has declared it confiscated.
