24. Only the holder of a permit issued for that purpose by the Minister may take semen from an animal.

24. No person shall take semen from an animal, keep animal semen in his possession, deliver it to any person or artificially inseminate an animal, unless he holds a permit issued for such purposes by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
