21.5. A copy of the decision of the Tribunal shall be transmitted to the parties as well as to every interested person, the local municipality and the regional county municipality in which the lot to which the decision applies is situated.

21.5. The appeal tribunal shall immediately forward the notice of appeal to the office of the Court of Québec in Montréal or Québec, as the appellant elects.
The appeal tribunal shall transmit to the office four copies of the contested decision as well as of any other relevant document, to constitute a joint record.
