Disposition versions
21.1. Any interested person may contest a decision or order of the commission before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec within 30 days of notification of the decision or order.
21.1. Any interested person may bring an appeal from a final decision of the appeal tribunal before three judges of the Court of Québec on any question of law or jurisdiction.
No appeal shall be brought except with leave of a judge of the Court of Québec. The judge shall grant leave to appeal if he is of the opinion that the question should be examined in appeal.
