21.0.5. (Replaced).

21.0.5. Appeals shall be filed at the record office of the appeal tribunal within sixty days of the date of the decision or order forming the object of the appeal.
The appeal tribunal may, for cause, extend that period provided that not more than six months have elapsed from the date of the decision or oder.
