Disposition versions
1. The object of this Act is to ensure the protection of plants, other than plants to which Division II of Chapter II of Title III of the Forest Act (chapter F-4.1) applies, against diseases and destructive insects.
The medium in which a plant grows or any medium which may serve as a rooting medium shall be regarded as a plant for the purposes of this Act.
