135.1.3. Every person who contravenes a provision of any of sections 135.1, 135.1.1 and 135.1.2 is guilty of an offence and is liable
(a)  to a fine of $10,000 to $100,000 in the case of a natural person or to a fine of $25,000 to $200,000 in the case of a legal person, for a contravention of paragraph a or b of section 135.1 or a contravention of section 135.1.1 or 135.1.2;
(b)  to a fine of $2,500 to $7,000 for a contravention of paragraph c of section 135.1.

135.1.3. Every person who contravenes any provision of section 135.1.1 or 135.1.2 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $2 000 to $5 000 in the case of a natural person or of $5 000 to $10 000 in the case of a legal person.
Where a legal person is guilty of an offence described in this section, every director or officer of the legal person who knowingly authorized or advised the perpetration of the offence is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $2 000 to $5 000.

135.1.3. Every person who contravenes any provision of section 135.1.1 or 135.1.2 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $2 000 to $5 000 in the case of an individual or of $5 000 to $10 000 in the case of a corporation.
Where a corporation is guilty of an offence described in this section, every director or officer of the corporation who knowingly authorized or advised the perpetration of the offence is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $2 000 to $5 000.
