11.2. Any information collected under this Act concerning a child or his parents that would allow their identification is confidential and may not be disclosed by anyone except to the extent provided for in Chapter IV.1 or, if the information concerns the adoption of a child, to the extent provided for in Chapter IV.0.1.

11.2. Notwithstanding section 53 of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1), any information obtained under this Act regarding a child or his parents that makes it possible to identify them is confidential and in no case may be disclosed without the consent of the child if he is over fourteen years of age, so far as the information concerns him, or without the consent of the parents in other cases. The information may be disclosed on the order of a court of law.
