16. Every body or person performing, by delegation, the duties of a public body or person contemplated in section 13 is held to be part of that public body or person for the purposes of this Act.

16. Every body or person performing, by delegation, the duties of a public body or person contemplated in section 13 is deemed part of that public body or person for the purposes of this Act.

16. The Public Protector shall not investigate any act or omission of the Lieutenant-Governor, the Government, a court contemplated in section 1 of the Courts of Justice Act (Chapter T-16) or any judge, functionary or employee of such court acting in the exercise of judicial functions, or any act or omission of any functionary, officer or employee contemplated in section 13 in his occupational relations with another functionary, officer or employee.
