91. The Minister shall lift the ban when satisfied that the petroleum product is once again compliant and that noncompliant residues of the product have been disposed of in keeping with the standards prescribed by regulation.

91. The Minister shall authorize the reopening of the premises or the restarting of the petroleum equipment and, where such is the case, the removal of seals and the lifting of the prohibition to use the facility or equipment where he is satisfied that it no longer presents a danger to the environment or to human safety according to the standards prescribed by regulation or where the petroleum products which did not conform to the standards have been disposed of to his satisfaction.
