48. Notwithstanding any legislative provision inconsistent with this act,
(a) decisions of the Board shall be revised only by the Board itself after it has given the parties an opportunity to be heard;
(b) no extraordinary recourse contemplated in articles 834 to 850 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall be exercised and no injunction shall be granted against the Board or its members acting in their official capacity;
(c) article 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall not apply to the Board or to its members acting in their official capacity.
Two judges of the Court of Appeal, upon motion, may annul summarily any writ, order or injunction issued or granted contrary to this section or to section 47.
