3. The new name must be in conformity with sections 9.1 and 34.1 of the Companies Act (chapter C-38).
The head office shall be located in Québec.

3. The new corporate name must comply with the regulations made under section 23 of the Companies Act (chapter C-38) and must not be reserved for a third person under the said act.
