139. Except as provided in article 61 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1), the Commissioner, the deputy commissioner, the members of their staff, the investigators and the police ethics conciliators may not be compelled by any court to reveal any information disclosed to them in the performance of their duties in respect of a complaint, or to produce before a court any document drafted or obtained in the performance of their duties. However, the exemption does not apply to investigations before the Tribunal administratif de déontologie policière.

139.
