5. (Repealed).
5. The territory of a regional county municipality shall be described in accordance with the Act respecting land use planning and development (chapter A-19.1) and the territory of a local municipality shall be described in accordance with this Act.
Notwithstanding the first paragraph, the territory of a regional county municipality which consists of the territory of one local municipality shall be described by special Act.
