210.11. The clerk-treasurer of the regional county municipality shall transmit a certified copy of the resolution to the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy together with the opinion of the Commission de toponymie or the certificate of the clerk-treasurer attesting the failure of the Commission to transmit its opinion.
