210.1. The clerk or clerk-treasurer of the municipality shall transmit to the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife a certified copy of the resolution, accompanied with the originals of the description of the territorial boundaries of the municipality and the plan, prepared by a land surveyor.
The clerk or clerk-treasurer shall supply the Minister with any information which he requires concerning the resolution.
