205. The clerk or clerk-treasurer of the municipality shall transmit a certified copy of the by-law to the Minister together with any other document which the Minister may require.
The clerk or clerk-treasurer shall supply the Minister with any information which he requires concerning the by-law.

205. The clerk or secretary-treasurer of the municipality shall transmit a certified copy of the by-law to the Minister, together with
(1)  the original of the description of the proposed territory of the municipality and of the plan prepared by a land surveyor;
(2)  a duplicate of every notice of motion, where applicable;
(3)  a certified copy of the public notice in which the by-law is published and, where it is not included in the notice, a duplicate of the certificate of publication of the notice;
(4)  a duplicate of the opinion of the regional county municipality or the certificate of the clerk or secretary-treasurer attesting its failure to transmit it.
