Disposition versions
136. (Repealed).
136. As soon as possible after receiving copy of the application, the clerk or secretary-treasurer of the municipality affected by the annexation shall draw up a certificate attesting that the number of persons who have signed the application constitutes at least two-thirds of the interested persons of the area to be annexed.
The clerk or secretary-treasurer shall transmit the certificate to the annexing municipality.
