94. The ethics committee shall be composed of advocates who have been members of the Bar for not less than 10 years in the case of full-time members, and for not less than five years in the case of part-time members.

94. Each division shall be composed of advocates who have been members of the Barreau du Québec for not less than five years, police officers and members who are neither advocates nor police officers.
Certain of the members of the municipal police force division must belong to a Native community.

94. Police officers shall be appointed to the ethics committee of the Sûreté du Québec by the Minister after consultation with the Director General of the Sûreté, and members who are not police officers or advocates shall be appointed thereto by the Minister.
