Full text
148. The judge may revise or revoke any decision he has made where a new fact is discovered which, if it had been known in due time, might have justified a different decision.

148. Each year, the Tribunal shall submit its budget for the next fixcal year to the Government for approval, at the time and in the form and tenor determined by the Government.
