137. The jurisdiction conferred by this chapter on a judge of the Court of Québec shall be exercised by those judges of that Court who are so designated by the chief judge.

137. The jurisdiction conferred by this chapter on a judge of the Court of Québec shall be exercised by those judges of that Court who are so designated by the chief judge and the senior associate chief judge, within the limits of their respective territorial jurisdictions.

137. The Tribunal shall be composed of five members, including a president and a vice-president, appointed by the Government for a specified term not exceeding five years. The term of the members may be renewed.
The president shall be chosen from among the judges of the Court of Québec.
Two other members, including the vice-president, shall be chosen from among the judges of the Court of Québec or from among advocates who have been members of the Barreau du Québec for not less than 10 years.
Another member shall be chosen from the field of police work.
Another member shall be chosen from the socioeconomic sector.
