105. (Repealed).

105. Each vice-chairman shall preside over the division to which he is appointed.
Under the authority of the chairman, he shall coordinate the work of his division, fix the date of hearings and designate the members who are to hear a matter.

105. The ethics committee of the Sûreté du Québec and the ethics committee of municipal police forces may sit anywhere in Québec.
The ethics committee of the Police Department of the Communauté urbaine de Montréal may sit in any municipality of the urban community.
