12. (Repealed).

12. In addition to the powers provided in section 94 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), the Bureau may by regulation:
(a)  (paragraph repealed);
(b)  establish and administer a retirement fund for the members of the Order and organize group insurance plans for the optometrists;
(c)  establish and administer a relief fund for needy optometrists, the assets of which shall be invested in accordance with article 981o of the Civil Code of Lower Canada.

(a)  fix the dues payable to the Order by candidates for practice of the profession;
(b)  establish and administer a retirement fund for the members of the Order and organize group insurance plans for the optometrists;
(c)  establish and administer a relief fund for needy optometrists, the assets of which shall be invested in accordance with article 981o of the Civil Code.
