12. After having been approved by the board of directors of the Office, the annual report of the Secretaries General of the Office shall be transmitted to the Minister responsible for the administration of this Act; the Minister shall table the report in the National Assembly within 30 days of receiving it or, if the Assembly is not sitting, within 30 days of resumption.
