N-1.1 - Act respecting labour standards

140. Every person is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $600 to $1,200 and, for any subsequent conviction, to a fine of $1,200 to $6,000, who
(1)  hinders in any way the Commission or any person authorized by it in the discharge of their duties;
(2)  deceives them by concealment or false declaration;
(3)  refuses to give them any information or document they are entitled to obtain under this Act;
(4)  conceals a document or anything related to an inquiry;
(5)  is a party to an agreement stipulating conditions of employment inferior to labour standards determined under this Act or the regulations; or
(6)  contravenes any other provision of this Act or the regulations except sections 84.2 to 84.7, 92.5 and 92.6 and subparagraphs 7, 10, 11 and 13 to 20 of the first paragraph of section 122.

140. Every person is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $600 to $1,200 and, for any subsequent conviction, to a fine of $1,200 to $6,000, who
(1)  hinders in any way the Commission or any person authorized by it in the discharge of their duties;
(2)  deceives them by concealment or false declaration;
(3)  refuses to give them any information or document they are entitled to obtain under this Act;
(4)  conceals a document or anything related to an inquiry;
(5)  is a party to an agreement stipulating conditions of employment inferior to labour standards determined under this Act or the regulations; or
(6)  contravenes any other provision of this Act or the regulations except sections 84.2 to 84.7, 92.5 and 92.6 and subparagraphs 7, 10, 11, 13 and 14 to 19 of the first paragraph of section 122.

(4)  conceals a document or anything related to an inquiry;
(5)  is a party to an agreement stipulating conditions of employment inferior to labour standards determined under this Act or the regulations; or
(6)  contravenes any other provision of this Act or the regulations.

(3)  refuses to give them any information or document they are entitled to obtain under this Act;
(4)  conceals a document or anything related to an inquiry;
(5)  is a party to an agreement stipulating conditions of employment inferior to labour standards determined under this Act or the regulations; or
(6)  contravenes any other provision of this Act or the regulations.

140. Every person is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to the costs, to a fine of $250 to $575 and, for every subsequent offence within two years, to a fine of $575 to $3 500, who
(1)  hinders in any way the Commission or any person authorized by it in the discharge of their duties;
(2)  deceives them by concealment or false declaration;
(3)  refuses to give them any information or document they are entitled to obtain under this Act;
(4)  conceals a document or anything related to an inquiry;
(5)  is a party to an agreement stipulating conditions of employment inferior to labour standards determined under this Act or the regulations; or
(6)  contravenes any other provision of this Act or the regulations.

(4)  conceals a document or anything related to an inquiry;
(5)  is a party to an agreement stipulating conditions of employment inferior to labour standards determined under this act or the regulations; or
(6)  contravenes any other provision of this act or the regulations.
